I a big fan of shade grown coffee and was happy to find this boutique blend on Amazon. I've made this in my Aero Press and French press and it did well in both at the two different coarsenesses. The back of the bag even tells the Estate, Location and Elevation where the coffee was grown. I'd like to see a roasting date on the bag and wonder if they'll ever have a way to choose particular locations, elevations, etc. directly on amazon.
