Pros:1. Vacuum sealed, which will make the flavor of the beans last longer.2. Very dark roast, but maybe too dark? This can be a pro or con and will be listed in both.3. Good value.Cons:1. Very dark roast, which gives a very strong flavor. I am a fan of black coffee and espresso but this was even a push for me. Also, if I remember correctly, the darker the roast, the less caffeine that is present. And let's face it, espresso drinkers usually only drink it for 2 main reason, caffeine and taste (caffeine is probably first).

I ordered organic decaf and organic regular dark french roast. The decaf was organic but the regular french roast was not.The sticker with the bar code said Org WB. I guess it got put on the wrong bag. Since you can not return food items, I guess I will be using what I did not order.
