I have a Senseo single cup brew, and this is my favorite pod type of coffee I have bought yet. I usually like bolder types, but this is really good for pod standards. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I don't tend to write harsh reviews. I usually try and find some reason why someone would like a product even if I didn't. I usually get Melitta or Senseo pods for my Senseo single pod machine. I realized late in the day that I was all out so I rushed to Amazon to see of I could get an overnight delivery on some new pods. Unfortunately it was too late to get the stuff I would usually get overnight. I saw these and they didn't have many reviews but the reviews it did have seemed to be positive and the best part was I still had time to overnight them with Amazon Prime. So I make my first cup the next day and take a sip. There was no flavor and I was essentially drinking hot, brown, slightly sugared water. My 1st honest reaction was to wonder if I ordered some kind of tea pods by mistake since I didn't really look at the box it came in too much. Nope. But hey, luckily my machine allows you to put two pods in at once to make the brew stronger. Still no flavor and I'm in shock. Now understand, I'm not one of these coffee snobs who needs a brutally strong cup of coffee to be satisfied. Light roast is right up my alley. Unfortunately this stuff IS REALLY LIGHT ROAST, to the point that it just has no flavor or strength. I just can't believe that anyone rated this stuff highly. It has absolutely no flavor. I had my wife try a double pod cup and her initial reaction was to check the machine to make sure it was working and that she had actually remembered to out the pods in. It's that weak. It really is just like drinking brown water. Thank God I was able to find some senseo pods at the big store that rhymes with ballmart. They apparently carry them sparingly. Will never touch this brand again.
