This review is less about the coffee and more about the way it was provided. I've had this coffee before, and when it is fresh roasted, it is wonderful. However, the last package that I ordered have been roasted about six months before I got it.By this point, it has lost most of it's savor and produced very little Crema when brewed in my espresso machine. Because of this I returned it, and Amazon with its legendary customer service gave me a full refund.I won't order it from Amazon again, unless I can be assured that it has a more recent roasted on date.

The bag of coffee I just received was roasted over 2 months ago! If you know what you're doing, sealed & roasted coffee has a shelf life of ~3 weeks. Intelligentsia itself is quality coffee, but this specific vendor/product is unacceptable. Will not be ordering again.
