The product came on time but in a plain brown box. There wasn't anything else included in the box. I expected at least a picture of how the K-cups went. I put it in the way I thought was correct (which was) but I tested by pulling one out and all the others stuck at some point. I had to log back on to Amazon to ensure it was correct. I had 24 k-cups on the holder and pulled a random one out. Sometimes the others would roll down to the bottom and sometimes they wouldn't. There is a lot of dead space between 'rows'. When you look at a product on Amazon, they have what others viewed or purchased similar to that product. I saw other holders for the same price that seemed like they would organize the K-Cups in a better way. I like the fact that it is stainless steel and the rotation. It just seems like it takes up a lot of space compared to the other holders (height). Maybe after I use it for a while, I may like it better. As of today, I would have liked it better if I just kept the two boxes in the cupboard so it would take up less space on my counter.

I chose this rating because it has a sleek look to it and it organizez all my kcups very well. Its stainless stell finish makes it elegant next to my keurig machine in the kitchen. Its a beautiful piece overall and makes the kitchen a shrine. Highly recommend to anyone with a keurig machine.
